Plain-language summary: Tag to Rack processes the photos and item details you submit to help your staff draft intake cards. We don't sell your data. Your inventory records and exports belong to your store, and you can request deletion at any time.
We use the information you provide to operate the intake workflow: to analyze item photos, draft recommendations, produce POS-ready text, generate exports, and maintain the manager approval audit trail. We do not use your store's photos or inventory data to train shared models without your explicit, opt-in permission.
Item analysis is performed to produce recommendations only. The AI never finalizes a purchase, price, or listing. All outputs are presented for human review and require manager approval before any action is taken.
Your inventory records, approved listings, and CSV exports belong to your store. You can export your data at any time and request that we delete your data when your pilot or subscription ends.
We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers needed to run the product (for example, secure hosting), under agreements that protect your information, and where required by law.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest, restrict access to authorized personnel, and keep an audit trail of approvals. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your store's information is a core priority.
We retain item and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data; we will remove it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your store data by contacting us. You control who on your team has access and what permissions they hold.
